During the fourth quarter of 2022, the top carpooling and ridesharing apps on the iOS platform in Greece displayed a variety of performance trends. Here's a closer look at the weekly downloads and active user metrics for these apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Uber - Request a ride showed a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting from 1.3K in late September and peaking at approximately 3.1K by mid-December. The app also saw a rise in weekly active users, growing from around 50.6K to 67.5K over the quarter.

Beat Passenger: Find your ride experienced a decline in weekly downloads, starting at 1.9K in late September and dropping to about 700 in early December. However, there was a recovery towards the end of December, reaching around 1.3K. The weekly active users also saw a decrease, from approximately 5.8K down to 1.2K by the end of the quarter.

Bolt: Request a Ride had relatively stable weekly downloads throughout the quarter, starting around 570 and ending at approximately 985. The app's weekly active users showed a gradual increase, from about 2K in late September to nearly 2.8K by the end of December.

Careem – rides, food & more had modest weekly downloads, ranging from 75 in late September to about 117 by the end of December. The weekly active users also grew slightly, from around 92 to about 157 over the quarter.

BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus maintained a steady performance with weekly downloads fluctuating between 85 and 119. The weekly active users increased from about 175 in late September to 257 by the end of December.
